Filling the abutment of the road overpass in Wolsztyn. The overpass has a load-bearing structure length of 167.8 meters, a roadway width of 7.0 meters, and sidewalks of 2 x 1.5 meters. It was necessary to reinforce and relieve the cracking abutment structure. Based on an expert opinion from the Road and Bridge Research Institute, the overpass was filled with Foam Concrete, a material three times lighter than traditional fillings, yet it bonded and stiffened the abutment.
