On the site of a former river bend, foundations were twice attempted to be placed but sank into the muddy ground. When digging the site for fuel tanks, it was necessary to secure the excavations with larsen sheets to prevent mud from flooding the construction site. Ultimately, the entire structure, along with the tanks, was placed on the lightest PB 500 Foam Concrete. Layer thicknesses ranged from 3 to 5 meters.
