A building left in shell condition for 14 years awaiting construction continuation. When construction resumed, it was discovered that the level differences on the ceilings across the 7500 m² surface of each floor ranged from 5 to 28 cm. The adaptation project required a rigid subbase for the installation of special Italian ceramic tiles. Regular concrete was excluded as it would overload the ceilings, which were made of questionable quality concrete. PB 500 Foam Concrete was used.
