Wrocław, Poznań, Legnica, Wałbrzych – thermal and acoustic insulation, as well as reinforcement and leveling of ceilings in pre-war tenement houses (1997). All buildings had wooden ceilings that required reinforcement and stiffening, while also needing a change in material structure to allow for modern flooring technologies. Additionally, due to limited load-bearing capacity, they could not be overloaded. The solution involved impregnating and insulating the wooden ceiling beams and filling the space with lightweight PB 500 Foam Concrete, followed by covering the entire area with a 5-6 cm leveling layer of PB 1000 Foam Concrete, avoiding costly ceiling replacements. Total area of such ceilings ~ 7,000 m².
